What exactly is this list? Mikey’s music collection? Beyond interesting and so cool if it is his personal collection.
Yes, it’s Mikey’s personal CD collection.
Wow! That’s quite the collection. Such a wide variety of music genres.
i knew it!!! when i first started really getting into hip hop and truly connecting with it, i knew mikey reminded me of myself in the manner that he had a grungy metal(if you will) raw sound that reflected music that i grew up on such as the Melvins, Nirvana, Alice in Chains, the pixies, and sonic youth…. along with countless early 90s hip hop. The concept of those influences fusing with hip hop culture is truly breath taking, and relate to me in so many ways it leaves me in aww. Especially things that mikey, lane staley and kurt kobain speak of in their lyrics, depression, addiction and the means to cope with a cruel twisted world yet still remain with a clean conscience and a big heart. RIP mike your music inspires so many and has continued to guide me through the roughest of times… thank you also kathy for blessing the world with such an amazing human being.
What was the name of the Sigur Ros song that was played at Mikey’s funeral?
