The past month

Hi I wanted to let everyone know what I have been doing and how the dedication is going. To start off I would like to thank everyone who is still thinking, listening, and trying to apply Mikey’s messages into this world. Yes that is you the fans, friends, family who still check on me by emails, phone calls, and stopping by. Those of you who have helped with the sorting, bring ideas for Oct., working to sell Sixth Sense, arranging the up coming benefit Aug. 27th, and the daily hanging around just to go through video, pictures, books, etc. I thank you all for the part you play. So I have been gone for awhile from the wide world of web due to the fact that I took to much on at one time. I have to go back to only making 3 decisions a day. Which is what I did when Mikey first passed, but of course I made like 40 a day. I decided that in order to give the right attention to what I feel is a order of importance I have to make 5 decisions a day. Now we know that will be more most days but if I can, on the tough days or when decisions are heavy, keep it to just 5 things may not get away from me.

On to the dedication ceremony. Can’t wait now that Aug is here we will finish up the details of the entertainment, the speeches, and the food. I’m doing some of the cooking and we will have Chili 3 types Chicken, Beef, and Veg. I will list all ingredients I don’t want anyone having an allergic reaction. Most of the food will be simple. Chili, bread, hot dogs, condiments, coffee, water, chips, salad. That’s about it. I will make sure as we put out infor those who gave of time, money, supplies get a big public thanks for their help and part.

In Aug. I have to meet with the park planners, finalize the placement of the bench with plaque, the table and plaque. The bench plaque is going to have the saying I wrote and by the way it was used in my graduation speech and what I wrote in a collage that I gave Mikey when he moved into his apartment. It goes like this “Remember that wherever you go and whatever you do. I will always love you.” You the fans are picking the other plaque.

As time moves fast I will try to start keeping everyone more up to date on things surrounding the dedication, the next set of projects that we will be looking to complete, and whats next not only for Mikey’s unfinished projects but how his name is being shared and his work passed on.
